Yes. We have some unique options for you. We have a structural foam options that will give you a nice vertical look that is clean and modern. we also can do boulders, Concrete, Blocks, etc.

Excluding the preconstruction planning phase, most pools can take up to a year, but our pools take significantly shorter construction times. We have some built as fast as 60 days depending on the size and complexity. A timeline is put in place once the plans have been finalized.

We like to get a full picture by planning, planning, planning, planning, and then executing the plan.

1. Planning: Determining the Pool/ landscaping plans and getting them engineered
2. Planning: Preparing the necessary documents needed for HOA approval, if needed
3. Planning: Preparing the documents needed to apply for and obtain permits from cities and counties
4. Planning: Finalize the pricing and budget by selecting all the finishes of your Pool/ landscaping
5. Executing the plan: By planning, planning, planning, planning, we minimize the unwanted surprises and are ready to make those plans a reality.
6. Once the permit is ready and the financing is in place, the preconstruction planning stage is complete. We are now ready to begin the best part, making your Backyard oasis dreams come true.

This is a great question. We break the costs down into three main areas.

1. Pool design: This cost depends on the design. We have a few basic pools with associated costs on the pool option page. If it is custom we will have to give you a quote.
2. Utility Costs: We will need power, gas and water for the pool. Some meters may need to be upgraded to handle the extra load to the house. These costs are unknown till the pool is engineered.
3. Dirt/Landscaping: Dirt means we don’t know how stable your dirt is under where your pool will be built. It may have issues or it may be solid bedrock that requires jackhammers. these factors can add to the overall cost of the pool install.

   Landscaping:
   -If landscaping has not been done, we will not have to damage any in the process of building the pool.
   -Retaining walls may be needed in order to get a flat space for the pool. 
   -Once pool is in, what kind of landscaping do you want installed? Basics or a tropical jungle or anything in-between?
